Office 45 - Executive Functionality The Office 45 is the top of the range digital handset offering advanced features and controls for executive and operator use. Benefits include a large multi-function screen with optional back-light (45 Pro). The Office 45 and45 Pro can be equipped with a qwerty Keyboard and up to 3 function Keyboards to give complete system control/user overview. It can also be used as an Operator Console in a small business environment. |

Multi function alphanumeric screen

The Office 45 is designed to be easy to use whist offering access to the extensive range of system features. The multi-function alpha numeric screen can be programmed in a variety of modes to show extension status of other users, listing of missed calls, listing of answered calls plus full phone features. The Office 45 Pro also adds the convenience of a backlit display for added comfort, particularly when used as an operator terminal. |
| Handsfree speech as standard The Office 45 includes full handsfree speech , allowing the user to continue with operation of a keyboard etc. A one touch microphone mute button is also available to provide privacy during the conversation if required. The option of full duplex for the highest quality is available. |

| Fox key for intuitive user guidance
Like the other members of the Office family the Office 45 features the ingenious Fox key concept. One touch of the Fox key takes you to the most appropriate function. If, for example, someone calls you on the Office 45 in your absence and leaves a message, just press the Fox key to have the message played back automatically. Functions like callback, switching between calls or conference calls can all be selected simply by pressing or holding down the Fox key. Ten configurable keys with status lightsThe ten programmable keys of the Office 45 allow you to store two numbers per key and call them up simply by pressing the key once or twice. Or they can be used as function keys to activate or deactivate various functions. When used within call groups, users can log in and out of department groupings at different times of the day as required. The LED lamps can show call status or selected busy extensions. The LED's provide 2 colours to further enhance the users call knowledge |

| Optional "Titanium" clip on facia For added individuality and style, the Office 45 and 45 Pro handsets can be fitted with an optional titanium coloured facia. Either way, the Office 45's award winning design will enhance any desktop. LED status lightsThe LED light performs several practical functions: It flashes to indicate an incoming call, which together with the adjustable ringing volume is extremely useful in noisy environments. It also lights up if a caller has left a voice mail or wishes to be called back. All you do then is press the Fox key to automatically activate the relevant function. |
