Report Suite Wall Board is designed to give a live display of extension users and their handling of incoming calls; which can be grouped based on departments if applicable.
As an example, a company may have a sales office, a support department, and a technical helpdesk. By grouping users you can show on a screen who is logged in and ready to take calls, which users are on calls, and which are on 'wrap up' (where the user has just come off a call and is given a predetermined break before taking calls again).
The Wall Board can also provide the average time taken to answer a call and average length of call, with reports on details of lost calls.
