Our competitors offer different levels of service dependant on how much you pay. We offer a straight forward, no nonsense and first class service to all.

We have a dedicated maintenance team and service engineers controlled from our in house service desk operational from 08.30am to 17.00pm Monday to Friday.

We pride ourselves in being able to respond to 95% of all service calls within four hours. Often this is achieved by remotely accessing a system without an engineer having to attend site and, more importantly, without interrupting the operation of your system.

We uniquely provide a programming service to all our contracted clients which guarantees unlimited remote programming, totally free of charge, no matter how small or large the request.
