Occasionally, due to clients’ wishes or network restrictions, we are asked to provide an on-premises solution connected to the Cloud by SiP trunks (VoIP lines). Our ‘Hybrid Cloud’ solution is an on-premises system with many of the features and benefits of a fully hosted PBX.

We will explain what to expect at each stage and will be by your side to ensure everything runs smoothly. It can take between 10 and 21 days to successfully port your existing phone numbers to the new system, sometimes longer. There will also be a period of downtime on the day of the switchover and we can give you a fair indication of what you can expect.

We also include the rental of SiP Trunks (phone lines) and free bundled call charges – all within this one fixed price.
